Forschung

Meine Forschung ist Teil des Exzellenzclusters Simulation Technology (SimTech). Mein Projekt "Visualisation for integrated simulation systems" gehört zu Projektnetzwerk 8 - "Integrated data management, workflow and visualisation to enable an integrative systems science" in SimTech. Ein Thema ist dabei der Einsatz von Workflow Techniken für Visualisierungs-Aufgaben. Die kombinierte Visualisierung heterogener Daten, Techniken für visuelle Vergleiche und die Visualisierung von Unsicherheit und unsicheren Daten sind weitere Themen. Weiterhin beschäftige ich mich auch mit der Visualisierung von Vektor- und Tensorfeldern.

 

Als Teil meiner Arbeit entwickelte ich die Visualisierungskomponente des SimTech-Demonstrators zur "Umwelttechnik": Direkt zum Demonstrator der Vision "Umwelttechnik"
