Michael Sedlmair from VISUS is part of the Cyber Valley Team of the University of Stuttgart

Michael Sedlmair, professor at the Visualization Research Center of the University of Stuttgart (VISUS) in the field of Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality, is part of the Cyber Valley team of the University of Stuttgart. In his research he focusses among others on Human-Machine and Human-Data Interaction, Basics of Perception and Cognition as well as Interactive Visualization of Data.

What is Cyber Valley?

Cyber Valley is the largest European research cooperation in the field of  artificial intelligence. Part of the cooperation are the University of Stuttgart, The University of Tübingen, the Max-Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems, the federal state of Baden-Württemberg, the Fraunhofer Society as well as industrial partners*. The aim of the research cooperation is to deepen the fundamental research in the field of developing AI methods on a European level.
