I am a second year PhD student at the Human Computer Interaction group of Albrecht Schmidt. My research interest lies in the visualization and interaction with uncertain data. In the context of the simulation technology cluster in Stuttgart, I am working on making uncertain simulation results understandable for everyone. My work does not only focus on the output of uncertain data, but also includes working on input methods for uncertain data. Part of my work is also to create new concepts that help to make models and calculations that are normally hidden from the normal user more transparent to generate trust in the results of a calculation or simulation.

Prior to my PhD work I studied Software Engineering in Stuttgart. During my time as student, I worked as a teaching and student assistant in different areas, mainly at the Visualization Institute. Additionally, I spent nearly four months in Lancaster, UK, as an intern at a British Company developing software for mobile workforces.
